Instructions:

  1. Wash the green beans and parsnip under running water thoroughly.
  2. Peel the parsnip and cut both vegetables into uniform pieces.
  3. Steam the vegetables for about 10-12 minutes until they are soft enough for blending.
  4. Allow them to cool slightly, then transfer to a blender and puree until completely smooth, adding a little water if necessary to achieve a baby-friendly consistency.
  5. Let the puree cool down to a safe temperature before serving.

Storing Options:
The puree can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours or frozen for up to 1 month.
