Instructions:

  1. Cook the Bulgur:

    - Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and let it simmer for about 10-12 minutes or until the bulgur is tender and water is absorbed.
    - Once cooked, drain any excess water if present and let it cool slightly.
  2. Mix Ingredients:
    - In a medium bowl, combine the cooked bulgur with the finely diced kiwi.
    - Add 1 tbsp of peanut butter and mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well combined.
  3. Shape the Mix:
    - With clean hands, take small portions of the mixture and roll them into small, bite-sized balls.
  4. Chill:
    - Place the kiwi bulgur peanut butter balls on a plate and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes to firm up.
