Instructions:

  1. Wash the cauliflower thoroughly under running water to remove any dirt or impurities.
  2. Cut the cauliflower into small florets, discarding the tough stem.
  3. Place the cauliflower florets in a steamer basket, and set the steamer over boiling water.
  4. Steam the cauliflower for about 10 minutes, or until they are very tender and can be easily pierced with a fork.
